As Senior Embryologist at Anova Fertility, Dr. Bhat oversees laboratory operations, quality management systems, SOP implementation, regulatory compliance, and technical training for andrology and embryology teams. He previously served as Laboratory Director at ReproMed Laboratory and Senior Manager of Research & Operations at Roman Health, managing FDA-regulated sperm transport, sperm-bank audits, quality control, and reproductive-tissue biobanking.

He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology with postdoctoral research in sperm cryopreservation, assisted reproduction, and AI-supported reproductive science, and has published in Scientific Reports, Cryobiology, Biopreservation and Biobanking, and the Journal of Reproduction and Development.

Throughout his career he has dedicated his practice to evaluating and treating male-factor infertility, including sperm-production disorders, reproductive-tract obstruction, varicocele, vasectomy reversal, and surgical sperm retrieval.

With advanced training and decades of focused experience, Dr. Houlihan brings deep expertise in helping men and couples understand the male contribution to infertility and identify appropriate diagnostic and treatment options.

Dr. Losure has dedicated his career to women's health and the clinical evaluation of factors that can affect fertility and family planning, bringing a deep clinical perspective to patients across the reproductive-health spectrum.

His background in obstetrics and gynecology reflects extensive experience supporting patients through reproductive-health decisions, pregnancy care, and coordinated medical evaluation.

He completed his internal medicine residency at National Jewish Health – Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration, combining clinical medicine with a broader understanding of healthcare systems.

Over two decades he has advised private companies on working capital, treasury, corporate structure, tax planning, acquisitions, divestitures, and business transitions, including roles as an international investment manager, CFO, and shareholders' representative.

He currently serves as Global Commercial Director at ScaleReady, where he helps build strategic relationships with partner organizations and supports the broader adoption of practical, scalable cell therapy manufacturing solutions.

Before ScaleReady, Josh spent more than a decade with Wilson Wolf Manufacturing, where he held roles spanning technical support, customer experience, business development, sales, and marketing. His work centered around G-Rex technology, a cell production platform designed to improve access to T-cell and cell therapy manufacturing. Earlier in his career, he supported business development at AlloVir, formerly ViraCyte, focused on advancing T-cell therapy, and worked as a Production Scientist at Beckman Coulter.

Across his career, Josh has combined technical fluency with commercial strategy, helping bridge the gap between complex cell therapy science and real-world business execution. His background gives him a practical understanding of how emerging biotechnology platforms move from development into scalable, customer-facing adoption.

He has over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur in digital health, including a successful exit as VP of Growth and Co-Founder of Adracare, a telehealth practice-management platform acquired by WELL Health. He holds a BSc from the University of Waterloo and is passionate about digital health and expanding access to care.
